We are delighted to share with you our latest chef collaboration. This main course special was created exclusively for us by Irish Pentathlete Natalya Coyle. It is an honour for us to work with Natalya, who crafted this dish with health and performance in mind.
Natalya Coyle’s Minced Duck Stir Fry is an Irish Athletic special with Stem broccoli, butter-nut squash, pickled ginger, fresh plums, yellow courgettes, and hot chillies.

Ever wanted to see how we make our famous Green curry?
Thai green curry is a classic. It is bursting with flavour and it has some fantastic ingredient like ginger, Thai galangal (a form of ginger) coconut milk, fish sauce and chilli. Not only is it healthy and packed with beneficial ingredients but it is delicious and tasty too.It is by far one of the most popular dishes in Camile Thai.
Takeaways simply don’t do things like we do. Our green curry is made using only the very best ingredients and highest quality coconut milk. We using Irish vegetables and everything is cooked to order.
We are delighted to announce that our latest Guest Chef collaboration is with Olympian Derval O Rourke.
Derval O’Rourke is an Irish former sprint hurdles athlete. She competed internationally in the 60 and 100 meters hurdles, and is the Irish national record holder in both events. She is also a very talented chef and is focused around healthy eating. She has released a number of very popular cook books in this area. We are delighted to have her on board and we think she is a great for for our brand
Exclusively for Camile, Derval has designed this mouth watering Turkey Chilli Stir Fry (Pad Med Mamung).
Succulent Irish turkey breast mince with red peppers, scallions, onions, broccoli, grated carrot, edamame beans and cashew nuts in a delicious tangy sauce. Healthy, wholesome and delicious and all served with brown and wild rice. At just €9.95 too.
Yes we are going to show you to make rice paper rolls. So the cat is out of the bag. We are showing you how we make our (top secret) beautiful and delicious fresh Po Pia Sot Salmon rolls. You can also make them with chicken. Feel free to give them a try yourself.

We understand the demands of people to eat healthier and stay fitter and as such we keep pushing to improve the healthiness of our offering. So if you are counting calories, we have you covered. This passion led to us being voted ‘Healthiest Takeaway in Ireland’.
We keep pushing however and we have endeavored to reduce the sugar and salt content of our dishes, make our menu almost entirely dairy free and now we have expanded from our 6 under 600 calorie menu to have calorie counts on all of our dishes. We want to make it easy for anyone to watch their calorie intake.
We aren’t finished yet and expect to see more improvements to the menu over the coming year.
