How much does it cost to set up a Camile?
Total investment will be between €250,000 and €400,000 for a standard restaurant measuring between 1,000-2,000 square feet. Franchisees of good standing should be able to borrow up to 50% of this from a bank.
What are the fees for royalty and advertising?
You contribute 5% of net sales to a national advertising fund, which is used to build the brand nationally and locally. We charge you also 5% of net sales as a management services fee.
Does Camile provide training?
We provide initial training (250+ hours) and ongoing training throughout the life of your agreement.
What support does Camile offer its franchisees?
Initially we help you find a location, design, build, equip and stock it. We help you recruit staff and train you and them – and we’ll hold your hand during the opening process. We support you on an ongoing basis with training, product development, purchasing, operations, marketing and IT.
Can I operate another business, as well as the Camile business?
We prefer you to devote your full time and attention to our business, although in exceptional cases we may be flexible on this.
