And so, we would like to announce that Camile is bringing you free yoga in the park every monday throughout summer in collaboration with Dublin City Sport and Wellbeing council. So, Whether you want to escape the claustrophobia of the city during your lunch, simply unwind
after work or let the stresses of hectic modern life melt away, Camile is here to help. You can upgrade your lunch break from a drudge to a hectic café to a blissful break with our 13:15-13:45 session, take a much needed post-work wind down with our 18:15-19:00
session every Monday in the beautiful Merrion Square.
Meeting at the Defence Force Memorial in Merrion square, our certified yoga instructor Ellen O’Shea will take you through a relaxing and revitalising free yoga routine designed to help you refresh your mind and body.
Wellbeing and Health are for everyone, and so the classes are 100% free of charge. People of all fitness and skill levels, from beginner to expert are welcome to come for our one hour session to recharge and revitalise the body and mind. Mats will be provided alongside
