Not content with promoting wellbeing and overall health with our Thai cuisine, we here at Camile want to facilitate the building of a positive body and mind through the powerful practise of yoga and meditation. After last year’s huge success in Merrion Square, we’ve expanded our free yoga in the park sessions to three parks across Dublin, including Bushy Park and St. Anne’s Park for the first time!
Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday throughout summer, in collaboration with Dublin City Sport and Wellbeing, the public is welcome to join our yoga classes with certified yoga instructor Veronica Vincenzi. Whether you want to escape the claustrophobia of the city, simply unwind after work or let the stresses of hectic modern life melt away, Camile is here to help. Our free yoga classes run from 6:15 – 7:00PM, one park per evening. [Full event details on our Eventbrite page.]
We believe Wellbeing and Health should be for everyone, which is why the classes are 100% free of charge. People of all fitness and skill levels, from beginner to expert are welcome to come for our session to recharge and revitalise the body and mind at our free yoga. Mats will be provided on a limited basis. We hope to see you there!
