How to make our tasty massaman curry yourself.

The recipe is designed to serve one. However, if you are adjusting it for two people just double the ingredients.
First, the ingredient list:
- 150 g sirloin steak beef
- 30 g Massaman curry paste
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 80 g Onion
- A bunch of coriander
- 25 ml fish sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- Some red chilli, (as hot as you want to make it)
- 2 cardamon pods
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 250 ml good quality coconut milk
- 80 g potato
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1/2 stick of cinnamon
- 1 star anise
Step 1: Add cooking oil to a hot pan or wok.
Step 2: Add the massaman curry paste.
Step 3: Add cinnamon, cardamom, star anise and bay leaf.
Step 4: Add the sugar and then the fish sauce.
Step 5: Cook for about 40 seconds.
Step 6: Then add the tamarind paste.
Step 7: Now add the coconut milk.
Step 8: Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 9: Now, add some oil to a new hot pan and then add your beef and cook all the way through.
Step 10: Then add the massaman curry sauce to the beef.
Step 11: Now add the potato and onions and cook for 2 minutes until thickened.
Finally: Garnish with chilli and coriander and serve with steamed jasmine rice.
